2004 ASME BOILER & PRESSURE VESSEL CODE

The American Society of Mechanical Engineers set
up a committee in 1911 for the purpose of formulating
standard rules for the construction of steam boilers and
other pressure vessels. This committee is now called the
Boiler and Pressure Vessel Committee.
